Alex Mustachi is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP). He graduated from NYU nursing school and worked as a staff nurse on medical/surgical infectious disease unit at New York Presbyterian for almost 6 years during the entire Covid-19 pandemic. During that time he returned to NYU to get his master's degree in mental health to become a nurse practitioner (NP). He is now working on an inpatient psychiatric unit at St Vincent’s Hospital in Harrison NY while seeing patients privately.
Alex was born and raised in Israel and was a captain in the Israeli Defense Force. He later emigrated to the U.S. and had his own business working as a locksmith. worked as a locksmith. He began his second career in the medical field later in life. He worked as a psychiatric technician at Metropolitan Hospital in the emergency room and inpatient unit where he helped to de-escalate agitated and violent patients that were in acute psychiatric crisis.
Despite the many challenges that come with a career change, he has been able to balance family time with two young children and a dog. Alex enjoys cooking, all outdoor activities, animals and travel with his wife and family.
Dr. Feingold is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. She holds board certifications in Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry.
Dr. Feingold has been running Emergency Psychiatric Services throughout Health & Hospitals Corporation at Metropolitan, Harlem and Bellevue Hositals. She is experienced in running the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program at Harlem Hospital Center. She deals with crisis management in the emergency room and through mobile crisis home visits. Dr. Feingold also acts as a consultant for the Department of Health & Mental Hygiene for the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program.
Dr, Feingold is an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons. She teaches medical students from Columbia & NYU University, PA students from the Sophie Davis school of biomedical education at CUNY. She supervises residents from NYU school of medicine and at Harlem Hospital. She won teacher of the year award at Metropolitan Hospital Center in 2012.
She completed her adult psychiatry training at Mt. Sinai school of medicine program where she was chosen as chief resident. She went on to complete a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Albert Einstein School of Medicine followed by a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at NY Presbyterian hospital, Cornell & Columbia Universities. More recently, Dr. Feingold completed a fellowship in public psychiatry at NYU school of medicine.

Cosie has been calming many people down since her arrival three years ago. She is unqualified to be a service dog because she is stubborn and does not listen to commands ever. She has alot to say and is very opinionated. She takes her job very seriously. She will insist on belly rubs, butt scratches. She also likes to take naps in the snow or in her sandbox. She is only doing tele health services currently.
